Otter.ai Business is designed for busy professionals who want to improve the way they collaborate. Otter.ai Business creates notes for meetings, interviews and presentations with the ability to pull in images, videos, data and web content. It also integrates with Microsoft Teams and Slack for the ultimate in productivity.
Otter.ai, powered by Artificial Intelligence, is an app that allows its users to record meetings and conferences and turn them into notes and transcripts. Users can also collaborate with each other, comment on other's work and review it themselves, all through Otter.ai.
The system works by automatically transcribing and highlighting key points in a document, and you can see a transcript for any document, regardless of who created it. You can review your work and submit it for approval.
There are two ways to do this.
The first way involves using Otter.ai for creating the transcript. Once the transcript has been created, you can post it to an external service like Dropbox and set it as the document template for all future meetings.
The second way involves using Otter.ai for editing and submitting documents. While you can do this manually, it is recommended that you create a shared workspace for the purpose.
Once a document is submitted, you can review it by navigating to the project page, selecting a transcript, and clicking on "View" on the right side of the page.
Otter.ai currently supports Microsoft Office and Google Docs formats. It is also possible to add comments and track changes. The application is available as both a desktop and web version.
It offers three levels of service, starting with free accounts. Paid accounts start at $30 per month and offer additional services. All of these options include storage, access to all the features available and email notifications for each new submission.
Users can share their transcriptions, notes, and recordings with each other, and they can annotate transcripts with notes and images. Once a transcript is shared, the user can view it in real-time from their browser, mobile device, or desktop.
Otter.ai's innovative and patent pending technology that utilizes machine learning algorithms to analyze the audio recordings. It also provides the ability for the user to annotate the transcripts with additional details.
